JOYCE A. MURPHY was named executive vice chancellor for Commonwealth Medicine, a division of UMass Medical School, based in Worcester. She joined the medical school in 2006 and previously served as president of Carney Hospital in Dorchester. Murphy has a bachelor’s degree from University of Massachusetts, Boston and a master’s in public administration from Harvard University in Cambridge.
Maynard-based construction and design firm J.M. Coull Inc. hired JOSHUA BRANDT, JEFF BODEUR, BRYAN CLARK and HEATHER WAICE. Brandt will serve as a project manager; Bodeur is a site superintendent; and Clark and Waice will assist with project management, administrative and preconstruction work. Brandt has a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. Bodeur has a bachelor’s in civil engineering from the University of New Hampshire. in Durham Clark is a graduate of Fitchburg State University and Waice graduated from the University of New Hampshire.
Wayland-based accounting firm Paresky Flitt and Co. LLP hired REBECCA A. DeWOLFE. She previously worked at Alexander, Aaronson, & Finning and CCR LLP. DeWolfe earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Vermont inBurlington.
KENNETH SANGINARIO, principal of NorthStar Management Partners in Westborough, was named board president of Solutions at Work, a nonprofit in Cambridge. Sanginario has bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Bentley University in Waltham and a master’s degree from Boston College.
Clinton Savings Bank promoted MARIA HESKES-ALLARD to senior vice president of commercial lending. She previously worked at Worcester County Institution for Savings. Heskes-Allard has a bachelor’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University in South Hooksett and an MBA from Assumption College in Worcester. She lives in Princeton.
Berkshire Bank, with a new office in Westborough, hired JAMES CURRAN as senior vice president and commercial regional manager; JOHN FABER and KAREN DUMAS as senior vice presidents and commercial relationship managers; DAVID SABOURIN as vice president and commercial relationship manager; SUZANA TREBICKA, assistant vice president and senior commercial credit underwriter; and TIMOTHY HUSSEY, assistant vice president and portfolio manager. The team previously worked together for more than 20 years at Sovereign Bank.
Citizens Financial Group named MARITA ZURAITIS, president of property and casualty insurance at Worcester-based Hanover Insurance Group, to its board of directors. She previously served in a senior position at Travelers. Zuraitis is a graduate of Fairfield University in Connecticut.
Sturbridge-based Smith & Jones named ELYSE ROBERTSON online brand manager. A Spencer resident, she previously worked as a freelance communications consultant. She earned a bachelor’s degree in communication and culture from Clark University in Worcester and a master’s in professional communications, also from Clark.
