Worcester health insurance nonprofit Fallon Health has appointed two new leaders for its operations under MassHealth's new accountable care organization program. MICHAEL McCONVILLE of West Boylston has been named the company's relationship executive for MassHealth, with his responsibilities including fostering and maintaining close relationships with stakeholders in Fallon's three accountable care organizations. McConville received his bachelor's degree in business administration from Nichols College in Dudley.

JO ANN SAVAGE of Worcester has been named Fallon's director of relationship management for MassHealth to establish and maintain relationships with other providers in the new MassHealth program. In her eight years at Fallon, Savage has held various leadership roles, most recently as site director of Fallon's Summit ElderCare PACE program in Worcester.

JAQUELINE DIAS is the new director of the AdCare Boston outpatient office for the Worcester-based substance abuse treatment provider. Dias, a licensed mental health counselor, was most recently the director of program services at the Massachusetts Council on Compulsive Gambling. She earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in mental health counseling from Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy.

MICHELLE HAGGSTROM of The Lux Group has been elected the Central Massachusetts representative for the Massachusetts Association of Realtors for 2019, coordinating association objectives and activities within the Realtor Association of Central Massachusetts and the North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors. She served as the president of the North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors in 2016.

ADAM VAREIKA is the new vice president of substance disorder services at Community Healthlink in Worcester. Vareika most recently served as assistant vice president of child and family services for Seven Hills Rhode Island. He has a master's degree in clinical social work from Boston University.

MEREDITH TWOMBLY is the new vice president for admissions and financial aid at Clark University in Worcester. She most recently served as dean of enrollment and retention at Hampshire College in Amherst, and has served as Quinsigamond Community College's director of institutional research and assessment. She earned her master's degree in sociology from Portland State University and her bachelor's degree in sociology from Framingham State University.

RONALD J. BASHISTA has been appointed as Worcester Polytechnic Institute's first emergency management director. The retired Army lieutenant colonel joins WPI after serving for nine years as director of emergency planning for the City of Boston. Bashista managed the city's emergency operations center during large planned events such as Sail Boston, Fourth of July celebrations and sports championships celebrations. He had three tours of duty and received his bachelor's degree from Western New England University and his master's degree in human resource development from Webster University in St. Louis.

CAITLIN M. STOVER is the new dean of the bachelor's nursing program at Assumption College in Worcester, which will launch in the fall semester. Stover was most recently a tenured associate professor of nursing at UMass Dartmouth. She previously served as an assistant professor of nursing at Worcester State University and a clinical faculty member at Northeastern University and Boston College. Stover received her bachelor's degree in nursing from Boston College, her master's in community and public health from WSU and her doctorate in nursing from UMass Medical School in Worcester. is the new dean of the bachelor's nursing program at Assumption College in Worcester, which will launch in the fall semester. DOROTHY E. HAMEL has joined ERA Key Realty Services of Northbridge as a Realtor. She was previously an implant coordinator, surgical assistant and phlebotomist at Connecticut Valley Oral Surgery in Amherst. Hamel graduated from the Porter & Chester Institute in Chicopee.
