The Westborough law firm Partridge Snow & Hahn has hired six new attorneys. AMY T.M. OAKLEY, a new partner, focuses on tax credit finance, commercial finance, commercial real estate, and general corporate matters. CHRISTIAN R. JENNER, who has rejoined the firm as counsel, has a dispute resolution practice with an emphasis on complex business litigation. ELIZABETH O. MANCHESTER, a new counsel, works on estate planning, estate settlement and trust administration, as well as with nonprofit organizations and tax-exempt entities. ALEX F. MATTERA, a new counsel, focuses on business litigation and bankruptcy issues. SHERIDAN KING, a new associate, is part of the firm's litigation group, having been a student attorney at the Tulane Domestic Violence Clinic and summer counsel at the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau. JOSHUA D. XAVIER, a new associate, focuses on representing employers on matters involving discrimination, retalitation, harassment and other workplace issues.
KRISTY L. GENGA of Douglas has joined UniBank's UniPay Banking team as UniPay business sales officer, and JEFFREY B. NOWICKI has joined as vice president and director of digital solutions and strategy. Genga began her career with UniBank in Whitinsville in 2008 and was most recently a fiscal advisor for UniBank Fiscal Advisory Services Inc. She has a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from the New England College of Business in Boston and is a candidate for her MBA there. Nowicki worked most recently as vice president at Radius Bank in Boston. He has a master's degree in financial and banking services from Suffolk University in Boston and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Endicott College in Beverly.
CHERYL BETTERTON has joined Concierge Physical Therapy in Sutton, which specializes in sports and orthopedic injuries and arthritis. Betterton has more than 25 years of orthopedic experience treating sports and over-use injuries.
Marsh & McLennan Agency New England has named two new executives for its Boston and Worcester offices. CHERYL HOOPER, who has been with the agency for more than 15 years, has been promoted to chief operating officer. MIKE FLAHERTY has been promoted to president of business insurance.
LISA M. NEELEY of Holden has been named a partner at the Worcester law firm Mirick O'Connell in its trusts and estates group. Neeley joined Mirick O'Connell from Fletcher Tilton in Worcester, and focuses her practice on elder law with an emphasis on Medicaid applications and appeals, estate and special needs planning, probate administration, and guardianship and conservatorship proceedings.
JON-MICHAEL RAYMOND has joined L.S. Starrett Co. in Athol as director of sales for North America for industrial products. He is responsible for sales of the company's core products, including precision measuring tools and gauges, hand tools and saw blades. Raymond is a graduate of Worcester State University and Assumption College in Worcester, where he received his MBA.
SAROSH JANJUA, a cardiologist, has joined the Nashoba Valley Medical Center and Steward Medical Group and is now seeing patients at the SMG Nashoba Cardiology practice in Ayer. Janjua earned her medical degree from Aga Khan University in Pakistan, and completed a residency in internal medicine at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Brighton and a cardiovascular disease fellowship at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Burlington. She most recently worked at St. Vincent Healthcare in Montana.
VIRGINIA LIVINGSTONE is the new director of technical services at Bryley Systems Inc. in Clinton. Livingstone joined Bryley Systems in 2017 and previously worked as an information-technology automation engineer for Intel Corp. in Hudson. She has a degree in computer science from Clark University in Worcester.
HEATHER GOULD is the new director of planning for BSC Group in Worcester, leading the firm's land planning services and expanding those services throughout New England. Gould has 15 years of experience in design and planning and joined BSC Group as a senior planner in 2018 after serving in the Worcester Executive Office of Economic Development, where she served in several positions, including as deputy chief development officer. She has a master's degree in community development and planning and a bachelor's degree in government and international relations from Clark University in Worcester.
