JODIE GERULAITIS, first vice president of community relations at Country Bank has received the President’s Platinum Award from her Ware-based employer. Gerulaitis’ award is the bank’s highest internal recognition and is awarded to an employee who demonstrates Country Bank’s core values of integrity, service, teamwork, excellence, and prosperity. Gerulaitis represents the bank at community events and heads its financial literacy efforts while serving on nonprofit boards, including the Women's Initiative of the United Way of Central Massachusetts and the EcoTarium, both in Worcester.
EVA MILLONA
Worcester resident EVA MILLONA has joined Eastern Bank Foundation in Boston as a foundation fellow. In her new role, Millona will work on the design, implementation, and promotion of the organization’s new Career-Focused English Proficiency Initiative, a program aimed at increasing regional economic inclusion and mobility. She most recently served in roles in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, including as assistant secretary of the Office of Partnership and Engagement.
HEIDI DIROBERTOHEIDI DIROBERTO has been promoted to vice president of outpatient services at Spectrum Health Systems in Worcester. In her new role, Diroberto will manage clinical operations throughout the nonprofit’s outpatient network. She most recently served as the Spectrum’s regional executive director, leading the launch of the nonprofit’s mobile treatment unit and managed the opening of the organization’s outpatient locations on Main Street in Worcester and Oak Street in Westborough.
MICHELLE RIVERS
MutualOne Bank, headquartered in Framingham, has promoted MICHELLE RIVERS to the roles of vice president, director of human resources and clerk. Rivers most recently worked as MutualOne’s vice president and human resources officer after joining the bank in 2016. She earned her master’s degree from the New England College of Business.
