Harmon is president & CEO of Auburn VNA Health Network Inc. in Auburn. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. Johnson is vice president of the Senior Living & Healthcare divisions at Cutler Associates in Worcester. He has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Va. Scully-Hill is chairperson of the department of human services and rehabilitation studies at Assumption College in Worcester. She has a Ph.D. in rehabilitation counseling from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Mich.
Worcester Community Action Council Inc. named MARY HERLIHY-KNITTLE director of energy resources, promoted JOHN BENOIT to energy coordinator, and named ROSALIND BAKER low-income home energy assistance program coordinator. Knittle was previously employed by Quinsigamond Community College as manager of renewable energy program relations. She is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester. Benoit joined WCAC in 2009 as an energy auditor. Baker was previously human resources director for the city of Marlborough. She has a bachelor's degree in public administration from Suffolk University in Boston.
Southbridge-based Savers Bank appointed JORDAN HOY as vice president of commercial lending and small business services. He most recently worked as an account executive with Fiserv. In 2010, Hoy and his business partners created Zoink's Fun Factory in Oxford. He lives in Sturbridge.
Anna Maria College of Paxton named ADAM DUGGAN as director of academic advising and First Year Experience, and SUSAN A. WOJTAS as director of advancement. Duggan was most recently an academic counselor and enrollment specialist at Mount Wachusett Community College. Wojtas most recently served as executive director of the Massachusetts Caucus of Women Legislators. She has a bachelor's degree from Merrimack College in North Andover and a master's degree from Bentley College in Waltham.
Acting Devens Fire Department Chief JOSEPH LEBLANC was sworn in as Devens's third fire chief. He has been a firefighter since 1980.
Worcester-based Shepherd & Goldstein - which also has offices in Milford and Framingham - hired ERIN DELANEY as a CPA. She most recently served as vice president at TR Engel Group LLC. Delaney has her bachelor's degree from Stonehill College in Easton.
