Bankruptcies

There were no business in Central Massachusetts or Metrowest that filed bankruptcy petitions in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Worcester from March 1-22, 2007.

Clarification

In the March 19 story "Prescription for confusion," the charts that ran with the story, which showed proposed premiums by age, were intended to be representative of a larger picture. The seven insurers chosen by the state submitted coverage plans and premium levels across the age spectrum, not just the ages shown in the charts.
