Most CFOs Working On Morale
With the economy hitting many companies and workers hard, 68 percent of CFOs say they are implementing strategies to improve their workers' morale, according to a new survey by Accountemps.
The staffing service found that 37 percent of the CFOs who answered the survey have increased the frequency and quality of communication with employees within the past 12 months. Another 18 percent are offering new financial reward, and the same percentage are providing extra professional development opportunities and adding team building activities.
