Crown Mortgage Co. has leased 1,625 square feet of retail space on Grafton Street in Worcester.
The space is in a shopping plaza at 1393 Grafton owned by McAvery Realty LLC. Its tenants include Mrs. Mack’s Bakery, Commonwealth National Bank, the Pet Barn and others.
The deal was brokered by Glickman Kovago & Co. of Worcester.
