The Agawam-based SB Mortgage Group has leased a small office at 319 Southbridge St. in Auburn.
The 600-square-foot space will put the two-year-old mortgage brokerage among various other professional and medical offices in the 12,000-square-foot, two-building complex, which is owned by Hastings Bros. Realty Co.
About 1,750 square feet of space remains vacant at the complex. Jeff Borus, a broker with Worcester commercial real estate firm Glickman Kovago & Co., represented SB Mortgage in the transaction.
