Maynard-based Monster Worldwide Inc., an online employment site, announced today that employers will now be able to integrate streaming video into their job postings.
The Monster Video Profile is the result of a collaboration with MadDash E-Media Inc., a provider of recruitment video products. The new service will give employers complete video consultation, production and editing services.
Three different products will be available to employers initially. A “company close-up” will offer an in-depth company profile, a “company snapshot” will highlight an employer’s culture and workplace, while the “career insider” will give applicants a glimpse into the typical day in the life of an employee.
