As of tomorrow, Charter Communications Inc., the Missouri-based cable company that serves much of Central Massachusetts, will add the Major League Baseball Network to its digital “expanded basic” line-up.
The company said the MLB Network has been high on the list of channels requested by customers. It offers at least 26 telecasts during the regular season as well as original programming, highlights and classic games.
Charter also said it is launching a variety of new high definition services. It will add high-definition versions of channels including the Food Network, Animal Planet, National Geographic and Fox News.
