Mill St. apartments sell for $5.8M to prolific Franklin property owners

A multi-family apartment building at 267 Mill St. in Worcester has been sold to an entity registered to Michelle and Bechara Fren of Franklin for $5.8 million, according to the Worcester Registry of Deeds.
The five-acre property, set back behind Mill Street Motors, was previously owned by Minh and Robert Mailloux of Worcester.
The building is three stories, with 35,775 square feet of living space. The lot includes undeveloped land stretching back to Brookline St. It was last assessed by the City of Worcester at $4.7 million
Bechara Fren is connected with other entities owning property in Central Massachusetts. Since 2020, corporations registered to Fren have purchased multi-unit housing complexes in Leominster for $3 million in 2021 and $9.6 million in 2020, and in Grafton for $4.9 million in 2020.
