Milford Regional Medical Center has begun reverting back to normal operations some of its outpatient centers that were changed around during the height of the coronavirus pandemic.
Starting Monday, Milford Regional's urgent care clinic at 100 Commerce Drive in Northbridge has recovered back to seeing all patients for health issues not related to coronavirus. A respiratory clinic opened next door at 200 Commerce Way to help provide care to potential virus patients has now closed, with patients experiencing symptoms being directed to the hospital's urgent care clinic at 1 Lumber St. in Hopkinton.
The 100 Commerce Drive site had been temporarily closed.
Other Milford Regional urgent care centers have resumed normal operations at 1280 West Central St. (Route 140) in Franklin and 127-129 S. Main St. in Milford. Limited services have resumed at Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine sites at the Franklin, Northbridge and Milford sites under the state's Phase 1 guidelines, which includes emergency or urgent visits leading to high risk or significant worsening of a patient’s condition if deferred.
