A three-building office park off Route 140 in Milford has been sold to a Swansea businessman for $4.3 million.
Hill Office Park, as the site is known, includes a total of nearly 40,000 square feet of space among the site's three brick buildings, whose tenants include medical professionals.
The buyer of 113 Water St. is Karim Jouki, a businessman from Swansea. The seller is M. Hill Cos. and Lawrence Hill of Natick, who is the company's trustee. The sale closed Sept. 30.
The site last sold in 1995 for just under $3.5 million, according to town records. It was last assessed by the Town of Milford at nearly $3.7 million.
