Milford lands on Realtor.com's list of 10 hottest ZIP codes, focused on Millennials

Realtor.com on Thursday said Milford's 01757 is on the website's list of the 10 hottest ZIP codes in the nation.
The ZIP codes selected were determined by buyer demand, affordable asking prices for homes, sizable populations of high-income Millennials, and their proximity to local amenities and outdoor activities.
According to the list, home buyers will find affordable properties in Milford, yet accessible to Boston’s main routes. This combined with hiking trails and an uptick in local breweries, makes the town an up-and-coming destination for Millennial home buyers.
As part of its methodology, Realtor.com analyzed more than 29,000 ZIP codes based on the time it takes properties to sell and how frequently homes are viewed within an allotted time frame.
