Milford Federal Bank has appointed a new CFO, and promoted a new senior vice president and vice president.
Milford Federal, which announced the moves on Wednesday, made Kim Anderson its new CFO and senior vice president. She joins the bank from UniBank, where she was vice president and director of finance. She is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, which is a partner of the University of Pennsylvania, and holds an MBA from Nichols College and a bachelor's degree from Worcester State University.
Milford Federal also promoted two others.
Donna Desjardin, who joined the bank in 1986 as a data entry clerk, was made senior vice president for residential and consumer lending. She was most recently the vice president for loans.
Melissa Mestre, who joined the bank in 1994 as a part-time teller, was promoted to vice president for finance. She has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Worcester State University and was most recently the assistant vice president for finance.
