Rolling Green Apartments, a 304-unit apartment community in Milford, sold for $87 million to a Boston multi-family investment firm, according to a press release Wednesday from Dallas-based CBRE Group, Inc. which brokered the deal.
The 20-acre complex was sold by Philmor Real Estate Investments, a Brighton-based firm which bought the property in 2017 for $47.6 million, according to the Worcester South District Registry of Deeds. It is assessed at $12.5 million by the town.
The buyer in the sale, which closed Jan. 19, was The DSF Group, a Boston-based firm which specializes in multi-family properties.
Comprising 29-buildings, Rolling Green Apartments was completed in 1970 and includes apartments and townhomes, per the release.
