MetroWest Medical Center has promoted Rebecca Heffernan and Stephanie Guidetti.
Heffernan's new title is that of vice president of human resources at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham.
A MetroWest employee for 31 years, Heffernan most recently served as director of human resources for the past 10 years, overseeing human resources at all MetroWest Medical Center locations.
She is a graduate of Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pa., and lives in Westborough.
Guidetti was promoted to vice president of marketing. She is a registered nurse and has extensive experience in marketing, direct-response advertising and management.
She has owned two businesses and been the director of marketing at MetroWest Medical Center for five years. Previously, she was in marketing at the Nashoba Valley Medical Center in Ayer.
Guidetti also serves on the board of directors of the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce.
