The MetroWest Medical Center will unveil its new, 24-bed geriatric behavioral health unit this week.

The new unit is the third phase of behavioral health expansion at the Leonard Morse campus in Natick. This latest round of expansions adds eight behavioral health beds while relocating the 24 bed unit to a completely new space “designed to better serve senior patients,” according to a release from MetroWest Medical.

The unveiling of the new facility to elected officials and medical professionals will take place on Friday.
