The MetroWest Chamber of Commerce has signed MetroWest Medical Center as its first-ever premier sponsor.
Under terms of the agreement, the medical center has signed a three-year contract for an undisclosed sum. The benefits, according to chamber President Bonnie Biocchi, include exposure at events, promotion on all marketing materials and membership for all employees.
Biocchi said the chamber is offering several levels of sponsorships to area companies as a way for larger firms to “get more benefit” from their chamber membership and drive revenues for the chamber.
Corporate chamber sponsorships are not a new concept, but are new to the MetroWest chamber. In fact, Biocchi said she ran a similar program during her previous stint as executive director of the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce.
