Melody L. Beach Consulting Group acquires Dube Consulting

Melody L. Beach Consulting Group, a human resources services company in Southbridge, announced it has acquired Dube Consulting of Newport, N.C. in a sale closed on Friday.
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Dube Consulting, a human resources consulting group, was founded by Nancy Dube in 2009. The company was originally based in Worcester, but moved south in 2019, according to the announcement. In a Facebook post, Dube said she plans to retire with the company now sold.
Beach and Dube have worked together since 2017, the year Melody L. Beach Consulting Group was founded.
