A Medway sign company has been acquired by national custom sign company Poblocki Sign Company.
In a press release Tuesday, Milwaukee-based Poblocki Sign Company, which operates 11 regional sales offices and other facilities throughout the country, announced the acquisition of Advanced Signing of Medway.
The acquisition represents the company’s expansion into the Northeast.
Advanced Singing has been a “key player” in the signage industry in New England since 1981 and provide a “full suite” of signage solutions, including interior and exterior sign programs and large format graphics, Poblocki Sign Company said in a press release.
The company will remain in Medway and continue to operate under its existing name with the addition of “A Poblocki Sign Company.”
With Poblocki’s design, engineering and manufacturing capabilities, Advanced Signing will be better able to serve new and existing customers, the company said.
William McConaghy, president of Advanced Signing, will continue to lead the Medway operation.
