A 162,736-square-foot facility on Route 495 in Medway has sold to Berkley Partners as the San Francisco company continues its Massachusetts expansion.
The property at 51 Alder St. was sold by Conroy Development of Stoughton for $18.6 million to Berkeley Partners on May 8. The flex building was completed in 2003 and includes 24.5 acres of land. The property features 12 loading docks and two grade doors into a functional open warehouse with 24-foot clear, according to Berkeley Partner’s website.
Cybex International, an exercise equipment provider, and AZZ High Voltage Bus Systems are both tenants at the location.
The property joins 10 other Massachusetts properties owned by Berkeley Partners. Most of them are located around Boston, but the company owns 413-417 South Street in Marlborough, 734 Forest Street in Marlborough and 100 & 200 Financial Park in Franklin.
