Marathon Technologies, a data security firm based in Littleton, said it has signed an agreement that will allow Indiana-based Hill-Rom, a medical technology company, to use Marathon software.
Marathon’s software is for Windows applications, and Hill-Rom said it will offer the system in conjunction with its fetal monitoring systems.
Through Hill-Rom, Marathon’s software will be available to health care providers and hospitals.
Hill-Rom’s fetal monitoring system is designed for fetal and maternal surveillance and clinical documentation.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
