McKesson Medical-Surgical recently renewed its Northborough lease and expanded by nearly 50,000 square feet, according to a broker involved in the deal.
According to Boston-based Richards Barry Joyce & Partners LLC, the building at 55 Lyman St. became fully occupied through McKesson’s expansion. FedEx also has operations there.
The San Francisco-based company is leasing 203,662 square feet of space in the eight-year-old building. The single-story warehouse is 260,760 square feet. According to its website, McKesson delivers medical supplies and equipment to doctors’ offices, home care agencies, long-term care facilities and surgery centers.
John Lashar, partner at RBJ, and Paul Leone, senior vice president of RBJ, represented the landlord in the deal. McKesson Medical-Surgical was represented by Robert Gibson, executive vice president and partner and CBRE/New England.
