Framingham-based medical alert company, Lifeline Systems Co., has leased 40,000 square feet of office space at 200 Donald Lynch Blvd. in Marlborough, filling the last unoccupied space in the 116,786 square-foot office building, according to property owner, Minardi Limited Partnership of Worcester.
Philip DeSimone, Andrew Sherman, and Brian Johnson of Worcester’s Kelleher and Sadowsky represented the lessor, and Kevin Hanna of Toronto real estate firm Colliers International’s Boston office represented Lifeline.
In April, German firm Sartorius Stedim Biotech represented by CBRE leased 56,000 square feet in the building. Kelleher and Sadowsky represented the lessor.
Publicly traded medical device manufacturer ReWalk Robotics, Inc. is headquartered at 200 Donald Lynch Blvd.
Minardi purchased 150 and 200 Donald Lynch Blvd. in 2018 for a combined $18 million in a deal brokered by Kelleher and Sadowsky.
Lifeline was founded in 1974 and is owned by Connect America of Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania.
