McGovern Auto Group has opened its 75,000-square-foot McGovern Collision Center in Shrewsbury.
The multimillion-dollar center, located at 420 Boston Turnpike, is the single largest auto body shop in the Northeast and the biggest dealer-owned collision center nationwide, according to a press release by McGovern on Tuesday.

In addition to providing repairs, the center will accommodate the company’s transport and vehicle mobility division, McGovern Transport, and the division’s 14 trucks as McGovern’s looks to increase its vehicle transportation services throughout the region.
The center is either certified or pending certification with all of its dealership brands.
