Mill & Main, a brick mill complex in Maynard spanning more than 1 million square feet, has resigned leases with four tenants and brought in a new one.
The new tenant is Integrated Project Management, a firm moving into 3,500 square feet from Concord that provides strategic project management services to biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical technology companies. IPM joins manufacturer Verne Q. Powell Flutes Inc., which renewed its lease and expanded its total square footage to 22,800, according to Lincoln Property Company of Boston, which negotiated the deals.
Elsewhere in the 50-acre, eight-building campus, language company TransPerfect Translation and engineering firm Exponent Inc. signed lease extensions for 16,530 square feet and 8,929 square feet respectively, and cloud software firm Jackpine Technologies renewed and expanded its lease to 3,880 square feet.
Mill & Main has been certified for health, safety and hygiene precautions and is equipped to inhibit the spread of the coronavirus, Lincoln Property Company said.
