About 2,130 square feet of office space has been rented in Maynard to a new dental practice, according to Marlborough-based O’Brien Commercial Properties, which helped broker the deal.
Maynard Dental Associates’ Dr. Alexander Moheban will open the new dental office this fall, which will include electronic medical records, free Wi-fi for patients and HDTVs in rooms.
The office is located at 63 Great Road in Maynard in Mill Pond Square development.Â
