Maynard Crossing adds cycling studio, day spa

Capital Group Properties has signed leases with CycleBar and Zina Day Spa to set up shop at Maynard Crossing, the Southborough company announced on Thursday.
Both businesses are slated to open in mid-2021.
CycleBar is an indoor cycling studio. Zina Day Spa will offer a range of what Capital Group Properties called wellness services.
“Since the first of the year, leasing activity has been strong. We are working with additional tenants that are close to signing on to round out a comprehensive hub of mixed-use amenities,” said James Vazza, leasing manager of Capital Group Properties, in a press release.
Maynard Crossing, a mixed-use development anchored by a Market Basket , first broke ground in 2019. The development includes a 180-unit apartment complex and 143-unit senior independent living community. New leasees have trickled in as the development picks up steam.
