Software maker The MathWorks Inc. of Natick will nearly triple its space in an office building on Prime Park Way in Natick, according to R.W. Holmes Realty, which helped broker the deal.
MathWorks, whose headquarters is three miles away just off Route 9, is leasing 40,000 square feet at Cochituate Place, where it already occupies 22,000 square feet. MathWorks also extended its lease for that space and committed to expanding on the second floor of the five-story building, located just east of Speen Street and few hundred yards west of Lake Cochituate.
