Pepperell-based biorepository company Masy BioServices has acquired a New Jersey calibration services provider.Â
Metrology Laboratories, based in Rockaway, N.J., will continue to work out of New Jersey, with that office serving customers in that state, Connecticut, New York and Pennsylvania.
“The employees of Metrology Labs are a welcome addition to the Masy family,” Laurie Masiello, the president of Masy BioServices, said in a statement. “We were attracted to Metrology Labs because of its strong regional presence, excellent reputation and commitment to its customers.”Â
According to Metrology’s website, the company was founded in 1988 and specializes in the calibration and repair for industrial process instruments with a focus on pharmaceutical manufacturing.
