MassEcon adds Devens site to portfolio
An industrial site located in Devens and owned by MassDevelopment, the Jackson Innovation and Technology Park, has been added to MassEcon's listing of market-ready sites.

MassEcon, a nonprofit organization focused on Massachusetts business development efforts, has added Jackson Innovation and Technology Park to its ReadyMass 100 portfolio, a group of properties deemed market-ready for tenants looking to grow in the Bay State.
Jackson Innovation and Technology Park is one of five sites statewide to be added to the list this year, MassEcon said in a statement on Tuesday. Located at 111 Hospital Road in Devens, the park offers 750,00 square feet of buildable space for office, research and development and biomanufacturing users, according to MassEcon. Owned by MassDevelopment, is located 1.5 miles from Route 2.
