The Massachusetts Container Corp. of Marlborough is expanding its operations to 150 Hayes Memorial Drive in Northborough, where the packaging company is leasing a 61,130-square-foot warehouse space, according to Aho Properties LLC of Marlborough, who represented them in the agreement.Â
Massachusetts Container Corp. owns a facility nearby at 300 Cedar Hill St. in Marlborough.
The property, in total, is a 167,438-square-foot high-bay warehouse, according to Aho.
