Sales of single family homes across Massachusetts were up in June, as market and price confidence fell for the first time in months.Â
According to the latest data from the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, sales of single family homes across Massachusetts were up almost 10 percent over June 2016, while the median price increased by almost 8 percent. Condominium sales were up 12.5 percent, and the median price of a condo increased 2.9 percent to $370,000 last month.
For the first time in 27 months, realtors’ confidence in the market fell slightly, but it wasn’t a big drop — less than 1 percent. Price confidence also fell for the first time in six months by nearly 3 percent.
