Mass Audubon To Present Green Conference In Devens

The Massachusetts Audubon Society will present a conference designed to showcase the economic, environmental and community impacts of sustainable development at the Devens Common Center on Oct. 18.
The conference, titled "Working for the Green," will feature tours of green development projects and workshops, with keynote remarks by state Secretary of Housing and Economic Development Greg Bialecki, according to MassDevelopment.
The Devens Enterprise Commission and the Devens Eco-Efficiency Center partnered with Mass Audubon to host the event, which is scheduled to run from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
