Professional business services firm Marsh & McLennan, which has an office in Worcester, has named insurance industry executive Jerry Alderman as president of its New England property and casualty division.
Alderman brings more than 30 years of insurance experience to the role, having previously served as managing director for Smith Brothers’ and as president for Alliant’s Boston office, Marsh & McLennan said in a statement.
Alderman will be working alongside the division’s current president, Jack Cahill, until his retirement at the end of the year, the company said.
