The 202-room Courtyard by Marriott Boston Marlborough has been sold for $15.3 million.

The deal for the property at 75 Felton St. in Marlborough closed on Monday, according to the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds.

The buyer is two corporate entities MB VII and MB VII Property Owner LLC of Marlborough, both registered to Gregory Weingart, chair, business counseling, financial transactions, and mergers and acquisitions at Chicago law firm Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC.

Weingart and Marriott Bonvoy didn’t return requests for additional information.

The property is assessed by the City of Marlborough for $11 million.
