Marlborough's ReWalk closes IPO

ReWalk Robotics of Marlborough said it had closed its initial public offering of 3.45 million shares of stock, which includes 3 million offered on Monday and an additional 450,000 offered through an underwriters' option to purchase additional shares , the company said Wednesday
Shares for the manufacturer of devices to help people walk following spinal injuries have been trading actively on the Nasdaq exchange since the offering on Monday, with a volume topping 1.3 million.
The initial price for each share was $12, and it has traded as high as $32.79. It was trading at $29.31 this morning.
