A Marlborough company making imaging technology for medical procedures has outgrown its 11,000-square-foot space at the Marlborough Technology Center, according to the real estate firm O'Brien Commercial Properties of Concord.
O'Brien, which represents landlord 257 Simarano LLC, said Curadel will be moving to a larger facility, leaving its laboratory space free as of June 1.
Curadel didn't return a message seeking comment Thursday.
Another tenant in the building at 257 Simarano Drive, the engineering software maker Bloomy Controls, has renewed its nearly 9,000 square feet of space for seven more years, O'Brien said. Bloomy Controls has facilities in Windsor, Conn., and Paramus, N.J.
The Marlborough Technology Center, which totals around 70,000 square feet, had another tenant, Phio Pharmaceuticals, renew in February. Phio, formerly called RXi Pharmaceuticals, leases 7,500 square feet.
