Marlborough wine, cheese, bread and beer store The Vin Bin is moving into a new, larger downtown facility on Main Street.
The company will rent 3,989 square feet of space at the Central Fire Station building, which is located at 91 Main St. and is a 15,124-square-foot multi-tenant structure.
The expanded footprint for the store will allow it to expand its sales, which will now include spirits. As part of the move, city officials granted the store a license to sell all alcoholic beverages.
R.W. Holmes Realty Co. Inc. of Wayland represented the landlord in the transaction, WRT Management of Whitinsville.
