Marlborough Space Leased
R.W. Holmes Realty Co. Inc. says it has leased space in a Marlborough office building to a metal fabricator and expanded the space taken by a chemical company.
Environmental Chemical Corp. has expanded its space in the building, 33 Boston Post Road, to 18,231 square feet. Meanwhile, East Coast Cad/Cam has leased 4,804 square feet.
R.W. Holmes represented the building landlord, KS Partners, while Grubb & Ellis represented Environmental Chemical Corp. and Jones Lang LaSalle represented East Coast Cad/Cam.
