A 32,000-square-foot flex property in Marlborough has been sold for $4.3 million to Connecticut real estate firm Luzern Associates.
The property at 410 Forest St. in Marlborough was sold by Boston lawyer Ira Deitsch to Luzern Associates on April 14, according to property records. The property sits on 3.84 acres of land near the intersection of Route 495 and 20.
It is fully-leased by construction firm Electronic Environments Co. and currently serves as its headquarters, according to a listing by Colliers International. EEC’s lease extends through December 2025.
According to its website, Luzern has invested in real estate projects totaling 588,969 square feet with a total asset value of approximately $185 million.
