A set of three office buildings in Marlborough known as The Marlborough Business Center sold for $1.58 million, according to a Friday press release from Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc., the Northborough-based firm which brokered the deal.
The office park on 200 East Main St. in Marlborough totals five acres with 24,000 square feet of leasable space across the three buildings, the largest of which is just over 12,000 square feet. The current occupancy is 46%.
It was bought by an entity registered to Tiago Bruno Alves, Rafael Klipp Borges, and Monalisa De Assis, according to the Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds. De Assis is registered as the owner of Quality Plastering and Painting Services on Boston Post Road in Marlborough.
The buyers are value-add investors, the press release said.
The seller in the deal, which closed March 25, was Padraig O’Beirne of Sudbury. The property was last sold in 2017 for $1.32 million.
