A Marlborough office building that's one-fourth occupied will head to auction in October.
The starting bid is $2.5 million — a sharp discount from the nearly $11.8 million the property was last bought for in 2014. The four-story, 80,000-square-foot building at 130 Lizotte Drive was last assessed at just under $8.5 million.
The site was bought in 2014 by Curo Enterprises, a New York real estate investment and management firm with office buildings in the Boston and Los Angeles areas.
One tenant remaining in the building is a local office for Florida-based Acosta, a sales and marketing agency. The building is located at the end of a dead-end street off Williams Street, with visibility from I-495.
Best Wishes for The would be buyer. Put to good use. Krishna Aathreya, Marlborough
