Marlborough Office Complex Refinanced

The Boston office of commercial real estate firm Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP has arranged $16 million in refinancing on a Marlborough office complex.
The five-year fixed rate loan with Danvers Bank is equal to the existing debt on the property, according to HFF.
The two properties, located at 26 and 62 Forest Street in the Lake Williams Corporate Center, are about 207,000 square feet and were constructed in 2001. The properties are owned by Boston-based Northeast Williams LLC.
Four companies: Advanced Micro Devices, International Power America, Netezza and Navilyst Medical, use about 90 percent of the space there.
