A 61,000-square-foot office building at 33 Locke Drive in Marlborough has sold for just under $6.6 million.
The two-story building, built in 1985 and in a cluster of office buildings off Elm Street, was bought by Ciminelli Real Estate of Albany, N.Y., a firm with commercial and residential properties in the Northeast and Florida.
The sellers were the Janelon Trust with the trustees Wendy Jolles and Linda Oslstein.
The sale closed July 15.
The 3.8-acre property was last assessed by Marlborough at $5 million.
