An 11,900-square-foot freestanding office building on 29 Bartlett St. in Marlborough sold for $2.28 million.
The selling entity, 29 Bartlett Street Realty, LLC is registered to Charles Wilson and John Marczewski, according to the Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds. The pair have done business together under the name Energy Initiatives Group, LLC, which was registered as an engineering consultancy at the Bartlett Street address. They bought the property in 2014 for $1.88 million.
Wilson and Marczewski could not be reached for comment.
The office was bought by AAMLAX, LLC, which is registered to Michael LaCroix of Marlborough.
The buyer was procured by Framingham-based New Dover Associates, Inc. and the listing broker was NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs of Worcester, according to a release from New Dover.
The office is situated on 3.6 acres of land about a mile from I-495. It is assessed by the City of Marlborough at $2.4 million.
