Marlborough manufacturing company names new CEO

Web Industries Inc. in Marlborough has named John Madej its new chief executive officer. He succeeds Mark Pihl, who is retiring and joining the company’s board as its chairman.
Madej joined Web Industries as president in March 2022. He previously served as COO and CFO positions at Hollingsworth and Vose Co. in East Walpole. Previously, Madej worked for General Electric Co. in the U.S. and Japan for 24 years. He also served as president and CEO for Exatec LLC.
Web Industries has more than 700 global employees. The company was founded in 1969 and is 100% employee owned.
