Web Industries Inc., a Marlborough-based provider of precision converting and outsource manufacturing and 100% employee-owned company, has appointed John Madej as its new president.
Prior to joining Web Industries, Madej served as chief operating officer and CFO for advanced materials manufacturer Hollingsworth & Vose in East Walpole.
Madej has more than 24 years of leadership experience in the industry with positions at companies such as General Electric and Exatec LLC, a GE-Bayer joint venture, according to Web Industries’ Tuesday press release.
Madej will report to Mark Pihl Web Industries’ CEO and president before Madej’s appointment.
“John is a gifted leader and strategist. His experience as a global industrial executive and ability to successfully scale and grow businesses profitably will help us position the company for significant growth ahead,” said Pihl in a written announcement.
